Stream Kylesa: Ultraviolet on Pitchfork Advance →
Kylesa will release Ultraviolet on May 28th via Season of Mist. The record, which follows 2010’s Spiral Shadow, offers a darker, more immersive take on the band’s sludgy rock-metal, which on Ultraviolet includes layered keyboards and other newly-minted “blips and drifts.” The album purports to be the Savannah group’s “darkest, most atmospheric record to date.”
